What an AI-Powered Insurance Form Actually Does
The core product I am building for Broker Studio is AI-powered forms. Here is the whole idea, start to finish.
Facts in, finished explanation out
You log in and enter the basics — client name, vehicle, coverage type — and type something like "2019 F-150, comprehensive only, $500 deductible." The form returns a plain-language coverage summary your client can read and sign off on.
No blank page. No copy-pasting from the policy. No writing the same explanation for the fortieth time.
The difference from a chatbot
The form already knows insurance. It does not need to be taught what comprehensive-only means, that Canadian policies use SPF forms, or how to phrase a deductible so a client actually understands it. You give it the facts of the client; it gives you the finished explanation.
As always, the draft is a starting point for a licensed professional to review before it reaches a client.
The takeaway: AI-powered forms take a few client facts and return a client-ready coverage summary — thirty seconds of typing in exchange for an afternoon of writing.
