Why I'm Building Broker Studio

I work in insurance in Alberta. For years I have watched brokers spend time on things AI could handle in thirty seconds — not the licensed work, the writing around it.

The work that eats the week

Renewal emails. Coverage explanations. Claims follow-ups. Work that is repetitive but still has to sound human and be accurate, because it is going to a client who trusts you with their house and their car.

Canadian brokers spend hours every week on this. The explanations are good; the time cost is the problem.

Generic AI does not know Canadian insurance

The general-purpose tools brokers reach for get it wrong — wrong forms, wrong coverages, wrong English. That is not a small gap when the output is going to a client.

The tool I kept wishing existed

So I am building it: AI built insurance-first, for Canadian brokers specifically. PIPEDA-first, SPF-aware, and aimed at one thing — less time on repetitive writing, more time with clients. Built in public, one week at a time.

The takeaway: Broker Studio exists to cut the hours Canadian brokers lose to repetitive client writing, with an insurance-first, PIPEDA-first tool built specifically for them.
